โช Are your journals totally handmade?
Yes, they are. I love to make every single detail of each book with my hands.
โช Do you accept custom orders?
It depends. Please contact me with your idea and I will tell you if I can do it. Your project needs to inspire me. I 'm taking pride that since now, I have not a single disappointed customer, and I intend to keep this as a fact! I can make the book that will fulfil your needs, but as I am the creator, the finishing touches will be mine. I am an artist, so you can leave the creative part to me!ย
โช Are your journals photo safe?
Yes, they are! I always use the finest materials, researched and bought from all over the world. I have a care for detail, and I make everything by hand. My books are made to withstand time and preserve your work for you and for the generations to come.
๐ Shipping Questions:
โช Are your journals ready to ship?
Sometimes they are, sometimes they are not. If a journal is not ready to ship, it is marked as โmade to orderโ. You need to check its processing time to know how much time I need to make it for you.
โช Do you ship everywhere?
Yes, I do. I ship everywhere in the world.
โช When can I expect my order?
I will pack your journal very carefully and post it by registered mail. It is more expensive than the simple "airmail" service, but it will let us both breathe freely and not worry about the fate of your journal. I will email you the tracking number, so that you can track your journal during its journey to you.
๐ Standard Shipping is fulfilled by National Post. Greek postal service needs 3-10 business days (for registered/express delivery), to deliver to your country's inward Office of Exchange (local post). From then on, it depends on your local post. I have estimated the delivery time to the best of my knowledge, but there might be delays that I cannot predict.

USA and most Canadian orders are shipped via FedEx. If your address is considered "remote" by the carrier, I will revert it to National Post. Please note that courier service is not available for P.O. Boxes
โช Where do you ship from?
Your order will come all the way from Greece. Greek postal service needs 3-10 business days (for registered delivery), to deliver to your country's inward Office of Exchange (local post). From then on, depends on your local post. Please order on time to have your item when you need it.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES after dispatching:
5 - 10 business days to Europe (Except Spain and Italy that experience delays)
12 - 40 business days to the U.S.
1- 3 months to Latin America
12 - 40 business days elsewhere globally

โช Is my order trackable?
I am shipping all my orders with tracking, so we can both track its progress during its journey across the globe. You can find the tracking number at your order receipt, at the shipping email and at your ETSY profile under the tab "my orders".
You are responsible to check with your carrier and schedule delivery and/or re-delivery if necessary.
โช What happens if my order is returned to you as unclaimed?
If your order was unclaimed or your address was wrong, and it was returned back to me, you will have to pay the actual shipping price to re-send it. Greek post charges 16-19 euros per kg. - depending on the destination.
Unclaimed or returned items are not eligible for a refund and after 30 days they will be donated to charity. So please, keep an eye on your purchase using the tracking number provided.
๐ About Customs, Returns & Cancellations

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
โช ๐๐๐ง ๐ ๐ซ๐๐ญ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ง ๐๐ง ๐ข๐ญ๐๐ฆ?Unless you live and ship the item back from the European Union, you cannot return an item. Unfortunately, there are still a lot of customs complications in Greece, which prevent me to accept a return from outside the EU.

You have the right to return purchases made online within 14 days. The 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Orders which contain a digital item ex Bookbinding kit with a video tutorial
- Items "made to order".
- Items on Sale
You must inform me that you want to cancel your purchase. It is not enough just to send the goods back. I will send you the European withdrawal form which you will fill, sign and send along with the product. The product should be unused, packed well to avoid damage and sent back to me within 14 days. I will refund you (the value of the item only - no shipping costs), as soon as I can be able to inspect the item (usually 2-3 days, after I receive it).
